Clients receive access to our Decor Room, a high inventory space with countless choices for your event’s decor needs. This room is a benefit to our clients, and there are no added fees. All items should be selected one month in advance of the event and will be provided to the clients on the morning of their contracted venue rental time.

Sign a contract with Song River
Select your items and complete a walk-through with Song River Staff one month in advance of your event
All of your selected items are ready for you to use on the day of your contracted event! No need for unloading and loading them for set-up and breakdown. Easy!
Due to the nature of items that are broken or displaced during events at Song River, inventory may change over time. This is one of the reasons we wait until one month before an event to select items from our Decor Room. We will do our best to notify you of any changes to the inventory after you have made your selections, and before your event.
